IconCool Editor is a powerful tool for editing icons or small web graphics. It has all the functions required to create and edit ICO, CUR, ANI, GIF, JPG, EMF, WMF, TGA and WBMP image files.

The program has 50 image filters including blur, sharpen, emboss, diffuse and colour balance, and 20 image effects including linear gradient, wave, noise, hook and arbitrary rotation.

You can convert images of 25 formats to icons and extract icons from exe, dll, icl and then edit them. You can also change the colour depth from monochrome to 24bit colour and the size of icon from 1x1 to 255x255. IconCool Editor includes a smart image capturing tool.

IconCool Editor supports Linear Gradient, Radial Gradient, Rectangular Gradient, Wave, 3D Shadow, 3D Button, Text Gradient Effects, Noise, Arbitrary Rotation and more.
