S-PicView is an easy-to-use and powerful image viewer for Windows.

The program offers thumbnail previewing, slide-show, and batch format conversion and resizing. Plus, it provides basic image-editing effects. Image formats support BMP, DCX, DIB, GIF, GIF-animated, ICO, JPG/JPE/JPEG, JIF/JFIF, PBM, PCX, PGM, PIC, PNG, PPM, RLE, TGA, TIF/TIFF, XIF, WMF and WPG graphic formats.

Image-editing features include adjusting of brightness, contrast, saturation, luminance, hue and sharpness. It allows you to correct RGB-components of the image, correct Gamma-function of the image, draw text on the image, resize the image, rotate the image to any angle and more.

You can choose an Image Effect (Slide Down, Double Pass and so on) to specify how the image will be displayed on the screen in Full Screen Mode or Slide Show. When saving the picture, you can specify desired target file size and save picture with that size.

The batch converter-resizer allows you to convert and resize a lot of files into files of different formats and image sizes. S-PicView supports TWAIN technology. TWAIN is a standard for controlling and acquiring image data from raster-generating devices such as scanners, digital cameras, and video digitizers.
