LanTalk XP is a very convenient messaging software that allows you to send and receive messages to and from co-workers. It does not require Internet connection or a dedicated server and is very easy to install and simple to use.

Messages are automatically stored, giving you the opportunity to search through previous messages for that information you require, either by keyword or message number.

You can export messages if needed. This feature comes in handy when you want to e-mail the message. LanTalk XP allows you to schedule the time when the message should be sent. There are five methods of notification about new messages: Icon, Sound alert, Beeper alert, Window popup and Keyboard Lights.

LanTalk XP is very useful for managers. Rather than calling 30 people to notify them about an urgent meeting, you can send a message and be sure that everyone has learned about the gathering. You can create special lists when you need to send the same message to a group of people. You can even send the message to everybody in the company who has LanTalk XP installed.
