Feaser is an FTP Client with a great looking interface and tons of extra's.

Feaser supports drag-and-drop, upload and download a directory including all of its subdirectories. Feaser will automatically create the directories required and will copy all the files to the proper directory. The program comes with a highly configurable Accounts editor. Has a feature to keep your connection alive and much more.
