The Internet Neighborhood is a Shell Extension for browsing FTP sites as if they were files and folders on your local computer.

You no longer need a separate FTP client in order to work with files on remote sites. With Internet Neighborhood installed on your computer, you can simply launch Windows Explorer, browse your way across the Internet, and then drag and drop files directly into your file system.
